Quick Biography

Agi earned a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the College of Saint Rose. She prioritizes professional and personal development as an important role in seeking out new techniques to implement with her clients. Agi’s passion is empowering individuals to live more satisfying lives and her goal as a therapist is to help individuals to uncover their true potential to lead a life that is authentic and balanced.

By integrating techniques from multiple evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Strength Based-Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Family Systems and Play Therapy, in addition to trauma informed interventions Agi is able to tailor sessions to each client’s strengths and needs. Agi provides support to individuals, families, couples and groups for mental and emotional health issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, grief and trauma. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and their families as well as with women experiencing a variety of conditions, including postpartum mood disorders.

Agi’s holistic and integrative approach to therapy challenges her clients to actively pursue change. Her aim is to meet clients where they are in their journey and to create a supportive path to healing and empowerment.
