
Blake Toben, LCSW
Blake Toben, LCSW, completed her master’s degree in social work at the University at Buffalo. Prior to becoming part of ECS, she has experience working with children, youth, and families in a variety of settings including public and charter schools, outpatient mental health through Endeavor Health Services and the Child Advocacy Center, and was a former family specialist through Berkshire Farm Center & Services for Youth in the foster care program.
Through her time with ECS, Blake has expanded her knowledge and currently works with patients of all ages. She enjoys working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and couples/relational difficulties. Blake primarily uses a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach but also enjoys using other treatment modalities including mindfulness, attachment focus, and solution focused treatment. Blake is currently working towards her RRT (Rapid Resolution Therapy) certification. Blake also works in a collaborative role with the Saratoga County Department of Social Services, Children’s Services Department helping those in need find access to services, including mental health and substance use treatment.
Outside of ECS, Blake enjoys spending time with her two cats, Dex and Murphy, doing anything outside, and cooking meals with family and friends.
