
Jessie McGuire
Jessie McGuire, MHC-LP, earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with concentrations on Clinical Psychology and Social Psychology from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia followed by a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York.
Jessie enjoys working with children, teens, adults, families and couples with a variety of backgrounds, difficulties and goals. She utilizes a person-centered, solution-focused approach to tailor to each of her clients’ unique experiences and needs. She believes in the benefits of facing challenges both by building coping skills and incorporating mindfulness techniques to reduce symptoms, while simultaneously maintaining a holistic perspective.
