Kristin Brenner, LMSW, earned her Master’s Degree from the University at Albany and enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. She is an E-RYT-200 with advanced training in yoga therapeutics, and a mindfulness and self-compassion educator. In her work, Kristin explores the intersection of embodiment, mindfulness, and self-compassion, helping clients connect to their own inner knowing and deep well of strength. Together, embodiment, mindfulness, and self-compassion help us to sooth and care for the nervous system, offering support at a deep level.
Kristin lives in Saratoga Springs with her four children and delights in her role as mom to four mostly grown kids, her truest teachers. Kristin enjoys hiking in the woods with her dog, and knitting.
