Lindsey Pensabene, LMHC
Lindsey values the unique human experience, and truly believes that ‘normal’ is just a setting on the washing machine. With a therapeutic goal of helping people feel comfortable in their skin, Lindsey prioritizes making sure people have the information they need to work toward goals, and make decisions in a way that feels good to them. She sees her role as a teammate with her clients, and aims to provide support where it is needed.
Lindsey earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Albany. She enjoys working with a diverse range of people and mental health difficulties in the outpatient setting. Her practice also includes a focus on assisting neurodiverse families as they navigate government and healthcare systems. She learns something new from every person she talks with, and her dogs make her smile every day.
